About this role 

Currently we are looking for a Business Development Manager (Associate Director) to ensure developments are completed for business growth and to identify all future development opportunities in North China.  Main responsibilities are to deliver development management strategies, achieve business plan objectives, and maximize net income and overall satisfaction of future and current customers.

Key Responsibilities; 



Identify potential development sites and facilities, and potential acquisition of existing site building. Manage and build proactive business development plans and strategic tactics to explore new business and opportunities in North China as well as other key cities over China, including asset (land) acquisition, potential tenant's identification, etc. Responsible for implementation on any investment and business development projects in North China as well as other key cities over China Overall to work with the project manager for project management process to meet customer requirements. Work with marketing/leasing managers to service potential tenants. It is anticipated that this position would travel to other cities to conduct site inspection and negotiation with vendors or potential clients as needed. Represent company in meetings with the client on an as-needs basis. Liaise with Government to secure development sites. Lead the project analysis for good investment and ensure the development and acquisition budget is established and achieved.
