Job description:

  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities with the objective of positioning the company competitively in the market
  • Direct the planning and preparation of business proposals, and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee a business development team which evaluates, analyses, and formulates strategies for business growth.
  • Oversee the development of key projects and is accountable for the successful closure of business deals.
  • Conducts market studies and feasibility studies.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers and professionals to achieve established sales and business development goals. Your Profile: -Technical degree in engineering or comparable with experience in sales and/or business management or degree in business administration with experience in sales -Technical background in tooling solutions as well as respective customer manufacturing and product technology -Successful track record for 5-8 years in business management and customer development.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills, organized, able to plan/forecast/budgeting.
  • Strategic planning skills and conceptual way of working -Good command in English – written and communication and interpersonal management skills.
  • A pro-active personality with a sense of urgency is required.
  • Computer literate with good Excel spread sheet skill and willing to travel.
