1.对研究报告进行质量审核及分析评价,熟悉公司估值模型并能进行具体指导;
2.完成估值、财务模型和财务分析等方面的培训工作;
3.制定或修订相关研究管理规范制度;
4.研究数据统计和分析等管理工作;
5.其他有关知识管理、部门协调等方面的工作。

任职要求
1.具有一定的相关行研或质控工作经验。
2.具有出色的研究分析逻辑能力及会计学、财务学与金融学知识,对财务分析和公司估值模型有较为深刻理解和判断能力;
3.工作态度诚恳、善于发现问题解决问题;
4.需有证券从业分析师执业资格。
