CHN Shanghai Songjiang Plant, China PPG Full time CN¥60,000 - CN¥120,000 per year

As a production supervisor, you will manage a team of around 20 people and report to production manager, base Songjiang Plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • 根据公司EHS要素,持续推进车间安全文化,协调安排车间各班组间的生产,确保生产有序进行

  • 针对发生的不安全行为进行根因分析及制定纠正预防措施

  • 培训生产班组长、操作员工。(包括EHS, 质量,等等)

  • 月度盘点及年度盘点,班组长及操作人员考核

  • 车间生产效率提升方案提出、落实、监督

  • 使用5S及精益生产等工具,持续改进生产部门的各项指标

Qualifications

  • 5年以上涂料厂或相关化工厂现场管理经验,具有精益生产背景

  • 全日制大专及以上学历,化工或相关专业

  • 能进行简单英文沟通

  • 持有危化品管理人员证
