Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will Ensure smooth and effective production to maximize fulfillment of customer requirements. Responsible for the daily management of the workshop, including Safety, Supply, Quality, Cost, and Team development. You will report to Production Manager. And your location is in Kunshan, Suzhou.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize operators to complete the production tasks on time according to the planning schedule

• Draft and implement SOPs, provide operational guidelines, monitor the daily activities.

• Support the team in achieving all production department KPIs, analyze the weekly, monthly and yearly production data to improve.

• Lead the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for safety and quality accidents and track corrective action implementation.

• Lead training for line leaders and operators.

• Support production projects and collaborate with Maintenance and PE teams.

• Implement 5S management and continue improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.

• Familiar with ISO/9000, ISO14000, OHSAS 18000.

• Fluency in writing and speaking English.

• Minimal 3 years' production management experience in a chemical manufacturing related facility.

• Good PC skills.
