Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a high client service orientation and high risk awareness? We're looking for someone like that to:

  • Being part of the IB KYC Reviews team built out in UBS Shanghai BSC - supporting the APAC Investment Banking business.
  • You would be joining a dynamic yet challenging environment in view of ensuring timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of IB KYC Reviews cases to satisfy the various regulatory KYC requirement
  • You would be identified as one of the Member within the team whom would be handling periodic review cases on a day-to-day basis. You would be developed to become an SME in KYC, Performing name & media screening and to handle client outreach requests obtaining relevant KYC documents.

Your team
You will be joined by a function of approximate 70 people whom will be based in Shanghai BSC whom we would also be working closely with other KYC Reviews teams in India/Singapore and with IB Sales and Financial Crime Prevention teams.

Your expertise
You are:

– A self-starter who can work well.

– Meticulous attribute would be a built in under this job profile

– A skilled written and verbal communicator. Can collaborate well with different functions and internal & external clients.

– A dedicated team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

– Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and work on multiple deadlines while maintaining 100% accuracy with attention to detail.

– Experience of account maintenance will be plus.
