Role & Responsibility岗位职责:
1、负责CEO日常所有行程的统筹、协调,根据需求动态调整计划并确保高效执行;
2、跟进CEO下达的重点工作任务,负责跟踪进度、协调资源、定期反馈进展并推动目标达成;
3、准确向内外部关键方传递信息、落实指示要求,保障协作顺畅;
4、做好信息传递的分级管控,包括但不限于文件、行程、决策信息等;
5、主动识别潜在问题或突发风险,分析原因并提出可行性解决方案,支撑高效决策。
Qualification任职资格:
1、全日制本科学历以上,具备海外留学背景,两年以上高管助理经验;
2、具备出色的逻辑思维、问题解决能力,能适应快节奏、多任务并行的工作环境,抗压能力强,熟悉跨文化沟通场景;
3、具有保密意识,能严格遵循企业信息安全管理规范,妥善处理敏感事务;
4、英语可作为工作语言(听说读写流利),能无障碍处理跨国沟通、英文资料处理及国际行程安排;
5、能主动挖掘岗位价值并推动自身能力进阶
