We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr Financial Services Officer.

Principal responsibilities

  • Perform and maintain high quality service standard when handling customer request within agreed SLA, escalate if any usual policy related transactions
  • Continuous to support process managers on procedures review and processes streamlining, specially for Life Operating systems improvement (eg. initiative by using Gen AI, Robotic support, etc),
  • Follow Operational Procedures and compliance with all IA Guidelines, align all handlings with operational standards as well as relevant regulations and laws.
  • Engage and provide support for adhoc Policy Servicing related activities, audit checking.
  • Assist to provide recommendation on quality improvement / process streamline / control enhancement initiatives when appropriate.
  • The job holder is expected to help guide other colleagues in the team and make suggestions based on their knowledge and experience. Ongoing need to seek and implement efficiency improvements and enhancements to the conformance processes and procedures.

Requirements

The job holder is to work with Business and all stakeholder to help delivering quality enhancement projects by:

  • Collaborating closely with onshore managers, project managers to ensure the effective and clear process flow map after delivery of projects.
  • Making appropriate use of coordination skills (communication, presentation and influencing skills) to draw out issues from staff and line managers and submit proposal of recommendations.
  • Support achievement of team objectives & participate in teams.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
