在这一职位上,您将:


• Dealing with the cash processing for a number of accounts.


• To meet strict cut-offs for injections, making payments, deposits, booking FX deals and ensuring that systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner.


• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks between valuation platform and client actual account records.


• Liaise with internal departments to ensure all cash activities are well processed.


• 处理若干基金账户的现金交易。


• 严格按照截止时间处理资金收付、存款、货币兑换交易,并确保交易信息及时、准确地记录到系统中。


• 调查并纠正客户账户实际现金收支以及会计记账系统之间的偏差。


• 与汇丰内部其他部门沟通合作,以确保所有现金交易活动顺利完成。

任职要求:


• University graduate or above with over 1-2 years Financial and/ or accounting experiences


• Good knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment related instruments / terms / fund services operations;


• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English


• Excellent team worker;


• Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word;


• Good interpersonal skill;


• High integrity and professionalism;


• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;


• 大学本科以上学历及1年以上金融或会计相关工作经验


• 熟悉金融工具或投资相关的产品和术语以及基金的运营服务


• 英语听说读写流利


• 良好的团队合作精神


• 熟练电脑操作(包括Word/Excel)


• 良好的人际沟通技巧


• 高度的正直和专业精神


• 能够承受一定的工作压力和在规定时间内完成日常工作
