岗位职责:
1. 为总裁办公室的日常行政安排提供支持和协助;
2. 按流程准备合同审查、费用报告;
3. 为高管安排旅行,包括预订航班、安排住宿和交通;
4 . 翻译内外部会议文件和制作演示文稿,起草沟通电子邮件、标准文件和备忘录; 5. 在全球会议、全球访问、高层会议等情况下的其他职责
基本要求:
1.良好的Excel和PPT技能、良好的英语能力
2.细心、有责任心,积极主动
3.可持续4-6个月 prefer尽快到岗
