We are seeking a Seller Consultant with expertise in both seller management and category management to join our dynamic team. This role will require an individual who can drive business growth through strategic management of both sellers and broader product categories. This individual will play a critical role in accelerating seller growth and driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Seller Relationships:
Serve as the main point of contact for sellers, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring that sellers are well-supported and aligned with business goals.

2. Seller Performance Optimization:
Work with sellers to enhance performance, troubleshoot challenges, and provide actionable insights to improve GMV and customer satisfaction.

3. Issue Resolution:
Address seller concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and business continuity.

4. Category Strategy Development:
Develop and execute robust category-level strategies to drive category growth.

5. Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of category performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform category growth strategies..

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute category-level initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field

  2. Over 2 years' experience in sales, business development, account management or category management

  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.

  4. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with sellers, and cross-functional teams at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Chines and English
