任职资格
学历与专业: 本科及以上学历,材料科学、微电子、物理等专业优先 经验与技能: 3-10年外延工艺经验,熟悉IMP设备操作及原理 掌握半导体制造流程(如刻蚀、退火等协同工艺),具备良率分析能力 熟练使用SEM、TEM等检测工具分析注入效果
