Your role

As a HR Specialist, your mission is to provide employee life cycle operations to support internal customers and achieve customer satisfaction, to ensure legal compliance in operation. You will report to HR Service Delivery and Innovation Manager .

You will

1.Responsible for staffing operations including onboarding, mobility and termination process, make sure the process is aligned with the standard SOP.

2.Act as the key contact to conduct effective communication on inquiries and solve problems from HRBP and employees.

3.Close interaction with HRBP to identify and analyze customer needs and requirements, responsible to provide related solutions.

4.Responsible to use HR systems to generate kinds of standard statistics reporting.

5.Collaborate with different stakeholders to make sure the onboard of China local HR digitalization tools.

6.Work closely with HRIS/IT team to support the enhancement of HR digital tools to satisfy users' needs.

7.Support team lead for China local HR digitalization projects roll out to make sure the project in timely delivery.

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements: At least 1-2 years of HR operation experiences, shared service background in multinational company will be a plus.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

  1. Familiar with HR Systems or APPs, eg. SF, E-sign platform
  2. HRIS Background is a plus
  3. Good PC knowledge and MS Office skill
  4. Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law
  5. Bachelor degree
  6. Good English skill
  7. Diligent, careful and pro-active attitude
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to take responsibility, team-work spirit
