Responsibilities 1. Support Event Planners maintaining daily communication with clients via calls and online meetings (Teams, Zoom, and WeChat). Support business development by identifying new client opportunities and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. 2. Assist in creating presentations (PPTs) and budgets (Excels) for clients, incorporating ideas from the agency's design, production, and show teams. 3. Support event production and onsite execution, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon expectations. Qualifications & Abilities 1. Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a bachelor's degree program, with the ability to intern for at least six months. International experience preferred. 2. Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); candidates with TOEFL/IELTS scores are preferred. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. 4. Passionate about events and creating unique guest experiences. 5. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (experience with design software is a plus). 6. Strong attention to detail. 7. Responsible, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks. 工作职责 1. 协助活动策划团队通过电话及在线会议(Teams、Zoom、微信)与客户保持日常沟通,挖掘新客户机会并维护良好的客户关系,助力业务拓展。 2. 协助制作客户提案演示文稿(PPT)及预算方案(Excel),整合策划、设计、制作及演出团队的创意内容。 3. 支持活动制作及现场执行,确保活动效果与客户需求高度一致。 任职要求 1. 本科在读或毕业生,可保证至少六个月实习期,有国际经验者优先。 2. 流利的中英文口语及书写能力(提供托福/雅思成绩者优先)。 3. 具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力,善于与多元背景人士协作。 4. 对活动策划充满热情,致力于打造独特的宾客体验。 5. 熟练使用PowerPoint和Excel(掌握设计软件者加分)。 6. 注重细节,执行力强。 7. 责任心强,工作可靠,能够主动承担任务。
