Main Tasks And Responsibilities
The
Quality Assurance Group Leader
is responsible for quality control of outsourced & De Nora products, projects, quality assurance for QMS of Shanghai office.

  • Support Line Manager in defining local quality processes and procedures in line with external standards, market needs and De Nora processes for Quality Assurance, Safety and Health. Monitor their application.
  • Assist the Line Manager in planning quality audits. Support the management of the investigations of non-conforming processes and products.
  • Evaluate and assist in supplier validation and qualification.
  • Inspect approved suppliers' quality performance through in-progress inspection, surveillance inspection and final inspection, and prepare the inspection report.
  • Ensure approved suppliers have the necessary process controls in place and have sufficient process capacity to ensure supplier can deliver quality products on time.
  • Implement activities with suppliers to ensure that Denora specifications and procedures are fully accomplished.
  • Quality concerns management with suppliers to ensure the implementation of containment actions, corrective and preventative actions at the suppliers.
  • Manage and maintain of documents and database of Quality issue, including NCR, Warranty Claim, Warranty Track, etc.
  • Work with 3rd party inspection or quality control agencies to evaluate suppliers' production and products.
  • Continuously improve company process and QMS with Lean method and lesson learnt

Education And Professional Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering major is preferred.
  • At least 10 years' work experience in the Quality Assurance position.
  • Familiar with Quality tools and has ISO9001:2015 certification application, maintenance and upgrading procedure.
  • Has tracking records of quality certification application and maintenance for specific product/business.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes is needed as well as a technical background.
  • Good knowledge in steel materials, paining and related manufacturing processes and molding processes.
  • Fluent English both in spoken and written.
