Job Description
- Assist the Head of Technology & Operations (T&O) with performance and productivity management
- Lead and execute transformation initiatives for both Run-the-bank (RTB) and Change-the-bank (CTB) activities, influencing end-to-end processes across all functions within T&O
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency by using workplace productivity tools (e.g. MS Co-pilot, Power Automate, Power-BI) performing data analytics via established dashboards and metrics, tracking resource allocation, capacity, and throughput efficiency for T&O units
- Being part of HK Branch Change Management Council to promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination within T&O and among all Line 1 and Line 2 functions to achieve objectives at both Group and local levels
- Conduct periodical or theme-based research and analysis, preparing presentation materials as needed for senior management at both local and group levels
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance; a master's degree (especially in Fintech or Data Science) is an advantage
- At least 5 years of work experience in financial institution, including a minimum of 2 years handling strategic projects and change management with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive, independent, and able to navigate ambiguity; analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on outcomes
- Collaborative approach with a win-win mindset and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with workplace collaboration technologies (e.g., M365 suite including Co-pilot); data programming experience (e.g. using Python) from provisioning, extraction and visualization full cycle
- Effective communicator with senior management across functions, with experience in presenting to executive audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing well-structured and impactful presentations as pitchbook in secure project funding and approval
