The BU Director will lead sales and technical teams in China, driving market growth, customer engagement, and integration with headquarters. The role focuses on strengthening product presence, expanding into new applications, and building a sustainable framework for future development.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Sales

  • Lead sales and promotion of core products in China, achieving annual targets.
  • Develop strategies to expand market coverage and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Organize exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities with marketing support.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage distributor networks and partnerships with engineering companies.

Team & Internal Coordination

  • Direct daily operations, allocate resources, and ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and industry managers to enhance customer experience.
  • Build team capabilities, ensure compliance, and foster a positive, transparent culture.
  • Coordinate with finance, HR, and other departments on internal processes.

Headquarters Liaison

  • Act as the main contact between headquarters and China.
  • Mobilize HQ resources to support local business development.
  • Promote open communication and alignment on products, markets, and customer strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industrial product sales experience, including large project sales.
  • 5+ years of management experience in multinational companies.
  • Proven track record in completing major projects independently.
  • Strong team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science or engineering.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills; overseas experience is a plus.
