Director of Product Management

Core Mission of the Position
Be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the core laboratory automated device product line at Jintai Technology(XtalPi), and drive its successful commercial implementation. Oversee the entire product journey from product planning and development delivery to marketing promotion and continuous iteration, and take accountability for the product's market performance and business results (revenue, profit, market share).
Core Responsibilities
1. Full Product Lifecycle Management
1.1 Define product strategy, roadmap and specifications, and gain insights into the automation needs of pharmaceutical R&D laboratories and the collaborative value of AI.
1.2 Lead cross-functional teams to complete product development, delivery, market launch and full lifecycle management.
1.3 Drive continuous product optimization and iteration based on data and feedback.
2. Driving Commercial Success
2.1 Develop and implement product Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to ensure effective penetration in target customer groups such as overseas pharmaceutical companies and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
2.2 Conduct technical communications with customers independently, align customer needs with R&D delivery, and improve the win rate of projects.
2.3 Establish key ecological partnerships to expand channels and application scenarios.
2.4 Take responsibility for achieving the target indicators of product line sales revenue, profit and market share.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration
3.1 Strongly collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, supply chain and other departments to achieve goals.
3.2 Regularly report product progress and performance to senior management.
Hard Requirements
Education
Master's degree or above in science and engineering, with majors in Mechanical Engineering/Automation/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering/Computer Science, etc.
Experience
- More than 10 years of experience in the high-tech industry (experience in life science tools/instruments/medical devices/high-end equipment manufacturing is a must).
- More than 5 years of experience in full lifecycle management of automated hardware/system integration product lines, with clear responsibility for business indicators (revenue/profit/market share).
- Director-level management experience, with a track record of successfully leading complex cross-departmental projects or product teams.
- Successfully led the commercial implementation of complex technical products from scratch (for B-end key customers).
- English proficiency as a working language, with unique insights and experience in product globalization.
Core Competencies
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- In-depth understanding of automation technologies (mechanical/electrical/software/control systems).
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- (Plus) Knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes and laboratory automation trends.
