We are hiring a Director of F&B
As a Director of F&B, we rely on you to

  • The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage Division to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance and ensures customer satisfactio

*We Are Looking For Someone Who:*

  • To ensure consistency in quality of service provided in all restaurants and bars meet the minimum standards of the hotel
  • Ensures that the Shangri-La FSMS Program is strictly implemented, including the cleanliness of all restaurants and bars, personal hygiene standards for all food handlers and monthly Hygiene Audits (Please refer to the SLIM web-site on Hygiene and Sanitation)
  • Tastes and monitors the food and beverage products served throughout theoperation, providing feedback where appropriate
  • Oversees the punctuality and appearance of all Food and Beverageemployees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a highstandard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel anddepartment's grooming standards.
