Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. 1 策略制定完成会展项目(公司会议、展览、节事活动等)的策划及组织活动预算计划,财务预算制定2 全流程策划与执行负责会展项目的创意构思、方案策划(如空间设计、活动流程、互动环节等)。编制项目执行细案、时间推进表及应急预案,确保项目按计划落地。统筹现场运营管理,包括展位搭建、活动流程把控及突发情况处理。3 宣传与推广撰写媒体宣传文案,联系相关媒体发布通稿,提升会展品牌影响力。制定线上线下宣传计划,整合社交媒体、广告投放等渠道资源。4 资源整合与沟通协调协调公司内外部门(如设计、销售、运营等)及外部合作伙伴(如场馆、供应商等),确保资源高效配置。与客户保持密切沟通,及时反馈项目进展,调整方案以满足需求。5 数据分析与优化搜集会展相关数据,分析项目效果。根据数据反馈优化后续策划方案,提升项目质量和客户满意度。任职要求教育背景与经验1 ,本科及以上学历,会展策划、市场营销、广告传媒等相关专业优先。2, 3年以上大型会展策划或行政活动策划的工作经验,熟悉会展行业流程者更 佳。3 良好的沟通,具备主持能力,英文优秀专业技能1 具备出色的文案撰写能力,能独立完成策划方案、宣传稿件等。2 熟练使用办公软件(如Word、Excel、PPT)及设计工具。综合素质1 具备良好的沟通、协调和提案能力,能清晰表达创意并推动项目落地。2 思维敏捷,富有创新精神和现代艺术感,对品牌和客户有深刻理解。3工作认真负责,具备团队合作精神和抗压能力,能适应快节奏工作环境Location: On-site –Shanghai, ChinaIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
