Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLLAbout the role:To assist in the comprehensive facilities management on the Client Account.  Delivery of services in accordance with the Management Agreement Facilities SOW's, SLA and KPI's. Support the Facilities Team in the implementation of key initiatives and projects.What this job involves:Facilities OperationsAssist and monitor all Janitorial Service activities to ensure the site is in tip top conditionAssist and support other soft service activities on demandSeek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standardsImplement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assuranceAssist the Management Team with the coordination of related activities as required Vendor ManagementAssist in the management of contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standardsUnderstand the Service Level Agreement of Janitorial Services, and review it in needDaily inspection per requestDirect the vender to compliance the procedures, SOW and SLAHave a meeting with vender leader/manager monthlyReview the vender performance quarterlyPeriodical report to clientsRisk ManagementAssist in the implementation and management of a property risk management programFollow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures Location: On-site –Shanghai, ChinaIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
