About the Role

As a member of Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Investment Finance (Head of Finance in IAMC), this position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective FP&A and expense control, expenses policies and controls, Internal Control of Finance Reporting (ICFR), with focus on Financial planning including liquidity planning and strong support in strategic planning, as well as necessary support to accounting and reporting, tax and treasury management topics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual financial plan, budget and forecasts.
  • Perform analysis of financial performance and prepare internal management reports according to management's requirement.
  • Draft, update and maintain expense, purchasing, finance related policies.
  • Allocate and monitor actual expenditure against budget.
  • Review expenses reimbursement, payment and other finance related request.
  • Raise and coordinate user request of finance related system where necessary.
  • Support in expenses, accounting and reporting.
  • Support tax related activities, incl. tax compliance, reporting, filing, etc.
  • Support finance related regulatory reports according to the local regulators' requirement.
  • Strong support in Strategic Planning topics.
  • Execute drafting, updating and maintaining expense and purchasing related policies.
  • Prepare SOPs where necessary.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University degree in accounting / finance management or other related field, with at least 3~5 years of accounting role, with min 5 years of IAMC finance management working experience.
  • Ability of problem shooting in system change request.
  • Have a proven track record of FP&A, Expense controlling, Strategic Planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge and passion about science and technology.
  • Strong analytical, financial planning skills and having a big picture, willingly to be business partner.
  • Accountable, efficient, focus, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent facilitation, quick learning, and self-starter.
  • Great team player.
  • Proficiency in written English in order to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
