Strategic Support & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies for properties in Greater China, ensuring alignment with LHG's Sales & Marketing framework.
- Support the Senior Director in analysing market trends, competitive dynamics, and demand patterns to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to innovation and process improvements in revenue management practices, tools, and systems.
- Champion LHG Revenue Optimization processes.
Business Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and analyse property performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and property teams.
- Assist in the evaluation and adoption of revenue management technologies and best practices.
Project Management
- Lead or support revenue management projects, including system implementations, pricing initiatives, and market positioning strategies.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of projects, tracking progress and addressing challenges as they arise.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with the greater LHG team to implement and complete projects targeted at revenue performance enhancement for the Greater China region.
- Foster strong relationships with General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on revenue strategies.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance revenue management capabilities at the property level.
Systems and Processes:
- Oversee the setup, optimization, and maintenance of revenue management systems and tools.
- Ensure the effective use of revenue management systems to drive revenue optimization and market share growth.
Hiring Expectation:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of supporting revenue growth and market share optimization.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, tools, and best practices.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
