Goal of the Job

  • Procurement strategy that to obtain best price, terms and condition for material and service supply with competitive lead time, quality, deliveries reliability and MOQ within legal and compliance framework in balanced approach.
  • Support new projects sourcing and select the right suppliers from start to end.
  • Process governance on the sourcing and procurement process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and monitor cross functional team which include Procurement, NPD, QA and Marketing toward the cost reduction goals in balanced approach and meet timeline.( material cost )
  • Set forth strategies to develop and maintain a related extensive supplier network in the country/region and across the regions thru develop tools, channels, processes to explore supply base, market intelligent and best practices
  • Work together with QA and other functions and get involved in supplier selection and qualification strategies and its processes.
  • Establish suppliers' management strategies by develop supplier segmentation criteria, corresponding engagement model, KPI and tracking. Be the ownership for overall supplier management.
  • Develop strategies for criteria for make vs buy decision that fit into Hayco's financial, technical and contingency needs
  • Ensure team members comply with legal and Hayco's code of conduct in all types of suppliers' interface by enforcing company's enthic handbook
  • Monitor the procurement team be the overall focal for suppliers compliance to legal, safety, environmental, ethics, control and integrity standard.
  • Establish structured processes that support key accountabilities, plan for deployment, communication and support, align resources training and implementation.
  • Cooperate with and implement the company's lean production requirements and policies.
  • Familiar with and strictly abide Hayco Quality policy, EHS policy, HR policies,C-TPAT, AEO standards,GMP etc. and related implementation requirement.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor above. Relevant and Managerial experience for more than 10 years .Technical background. If own CPM, CIPS Certifications will be plus.
  • In-depth knowledge to supplier base and market trend in China, Asia Pacific and global, a set of commodities
  • Very good negotiation and influencing skill
  • Able to manage complex negotiation and turnaround critical supply situation
