• Establish and maintain the finance and accounting system for China as per standard requirement
• Manage financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Manage the tax requirement for the Shanghai office as per the standard requirements
• Manage the returns for taxation, financial, accounting practices as per the statutory and company standards
• Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
• Manage reports for business to know the profit and loss
• Prepare rolling cash flow forecast to know the cash flow position of Shanghai office.
• Prepare rolling budget, projection of the cost and revenue of Shanghai office by quarterly.

Payroll process

• Manage and oversee the payroll operations through external or internal methods as per China standards
• In charge of managing contracts and their implementation
• Manage the payroll tax and statutory requirement for payroll as per the standard requirements
• Review the reimbursement expense and bank and cash records, support annual tax return and company license annual check and renewal. Commercial and Legal
• Manage vendors, debtors the Accounts Payable & Receivables for the organization
• Oversee contract with clients and manage any legal documentation in consultation with legal experts and head office
• Financial audit support and coordinate the audit process Administration
• Manage the office facility management and administration requirements with proper policy and rules
• Oversee the office reception and administration as per the required standards Human Resources
• Oversee talent acquisition process by managing the recruitment and selection process as designed by Head Office and to improvise it based on local requirements
• Manage the training and development of staff as per needs of the organization and client needs and engage employees through various processes
• Develop, implement and execute Policies in relation to employees in the area of hiring, talent management, talent engagement, talent development and talent operations.
• Work out foreign employees work permit and travelling VISA for China
• Review the employee contract and give the approval, if it's necessary, need be involved in the salary negotiation as well as redesigning.

IT

• Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure and team member based on the requirements of the Head office and coordinate globally to maintain low down time Overall
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants as per requirement in any of the above areas to meet local needs
• Consolidate, analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful results/insights and provide monthly MIS
• Able to communicate and work with global teams in English Job Specification
• Education: Should have completed her graduation in finance/accounting (Bachelor Degree or above)or accounting certification

(National Senior Accountant or CPA or ACCA or CIMA)

• Experience: Should have experience in managing Accounts, HR at least for 5 to 6 years
• Should have good knowledge of Accounting practice in China
• Excellent communication skills – both Mandarin and English
• Very good interpersonal skills to deal with off shore and in office colleagues
• Good business sense to work with delivery units and sales team
• Excellent team management skills
• Should have experience in dealing with multiple challenging situations
• Solid ERP experience, being familiar with Kingdee software is a must.
