Responsibilities

R&D activities in creating innovative polymer additives solutions, e.g. halogen-free flame retardants (HFFRs). Focus on new chemicals development, testing protocols, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and regulatory affairs teamsDevelop innovation project proposals based on market needs identified, Establish technical objectives, project timelines, and resource allocationMonitor scientific advancements, regulatory changes, and market trendsDevelop relationships with academic and industry partnersManage intellectual property development and protectionEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsProduct expert activities in polymer additivesLead new products developmentResponsible for production support and customer support
 

Requirements

Master or above in chemistry, polymer science, or related fields3+ years chemistry R&D lab experienceProject management skillsEnglish as working language
