S&T Product Development Chemist

As a S&T Product Development Chemist, you will play an important role in PPG Industrial Coatings product development team to develop formulations and formulation tools. You will report to Product Development Manager in this role. You will work together with the commercial and product management team to address the market needs of new products and use know-how to achieve the desired outcomes. You will also work together with manufacturing, customer development, application, and other functional teams to ensure the successful launch of the new products. You will report to S&T Product Development Chemist, Lead. Your working location will be in Tianjin, China.

• RMs Screening & Validation
• Technical Solution to Specific Issues
• Projects Management & Progress Sharing with Teams
• Workability Evaluation of Coating Prototypes
• Manufacturing & Launch Process Support

Qualifications

• 3+ Years experience of coatings formulation
• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry related major
• Fluent Oral and Written English.
