Analyst/Consultant - Enterprise Risk (LSHC) - Shanghai

We help clients address various aspects of strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. 

• Ability to support manager to develop insightful risk management solutions to conduct project bidding.
• Ability to keen insight to identify new risks based on client or industry business scenarios and can be quickly applied to project methodology and adjust execution approach to support manager to ensure the deliver quality.
• Ability to led the service team to complete efficient deliverables, meeting the service commitment to clients.
• Ability to adopt an insight-based approach to assess the clients' governance capabilities, practices, and processes, and identify gaps with market leading practices.
• Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador.
• Build relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Information Management, Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of LSHC or FMCG industry work experience; preferably worked as consultant role in consulting firm or other big 4.
• Priority will be given to candidates who are proficient in SFE/Business Operation/e-commerce channels in above industry.
• In-depth understanding of Industry regulatory standards, risks in key processes of client business.
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service.
• It is necessary to have a good sense of service, as well as the ability to summarize and judge key issues.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills and outstanding small team leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
• Advances the ability to apply domain knowledge into building business solutions and collaborate with team towards implementation of solutions.
