Manager - Enterprise Risk (LSHC) - Shanghai

We help clients address various aspects of strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. 

• Ability to devise holistic, actionable, and optimized brand and reputation management strategies that align with the client's business strategy and vision
• Ability to leverage an in-depth understanding of the client's strategy to plan and drive the development of impactful and sustainable risk management solutions
• Ability to employ a business-oriented and data-driven mindset to devise a sustainable crisis management optimize future responsiveness
• Ability to design needs-based sustainability engagements that promote integration with relevant business practices, while enabling the attainment of strategic objectives
• Ability to combine deep situational expertise offering domain expertise to make tailored recommendations that enable clients' sustainability agendas
• Ability to advise client on establishing or improving end-to-end risk management systems, processes, and frameworks to enhance strategic alignment with business goals, enable effective decision making and response, and monitor regulatory compliance
• Ability to apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits
• Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management, Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• Preferably at least one certification of CICPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM 
• Minimum five years of related experience; preferably worked as consultant role in famous consulting firm
• Experience in risk control and business process re-engineering
• In-depth understanding of different services/products offered by the industry, including any value added Service
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Leads team to solve business problems and deliver and implement tailored solutions by leveraging domain expertise and industry knowledge
• Displays a strong acumen of leading standards for offerings and coaches team members on the appropriate use and application
