We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

·Contributes to the broader strategy and agenda, has a deep understanding of the external environment and the relevant business/HR's current and strategic agenda and vigorously ensures that Learning strategies directly support this agenda.

·Roles and responsibilities as Head of Training and HNW Insurance Expert partnering with Business/Function on the training roadmap and delivery.

·Responsible for leading the team to establish a HNW individual insurance training framework to help the insurance business transform towards HNW business.

·Lead and coordinate national training teams and third-party insurance company resources to jointly promote the implementation of insurance training, new employee training and daily business training.

· In addition to designing and promoting various types of training, Head of Training and HNW Insurance Expert also needs to participate in pre-case and customer visits and helps improve the training team's pre-case and customer visit capabilities.

·Ensures compliance with regulatory and HSBC policies. Ensures learning governance (direction, stakeholder management, prioritization).

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Expert level knowledge and experience of China Insurance market/industry with solid financial planning modelling and risk control methodology. At least 15 years' experience in wealth management with at least 8 years' experience in insurance products or sale.

·Hold a minimum bachelor's degree from university

·Extensive knowledge of wealth management services, with personal wealth management experience and an actuarial background preferred. Ability to identify and address client needs by matching a broad range of products and services, and develop solutions based on current and future strategic needs.

·Able to share responsibility for key decision making with a team, while accepting responsibility to drive internal decision-making processes.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to engage internal and external business stakeholders
