Assistant Manager Planning and Reporting
Joint region steering in terms of target setting to ensure TG achievement with reasonable dealer resource.
- Major Responsibilities:
- To support overall full year signed target setting, including regional target and dealer level target agreement.
- To propose and release monthly overall wholesale and retail requirement as well as individual product requirement on dealer/region level.
- Continuous improvement to develop and synergize NSC&BBA process/methodology for TG setting and region steering.
- Responsible for the dealer volume planning related IT system maintaince and change request.
- In charge of new dealer target setting with reasonable ramp-up pace for both retail and wholesale.
- To steer region/dealer sales volume pace and target achievement on weekly basis.
- To collect and review dealer and region level over achievement quota on regular basis.
- Interface to 5 regions back office team and area managers in terms of all region steering related topics.
- To communicate with related departments for all kinds of data requirement and ad-hoc requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Problem solving ability.
- Decision making ability
- Describe problems in an understandable way and make proposals for solution
- Skills with good communication both in Chinese and English
- Proficient English, German would be an advantage
- 4-6 years of background in automotive industry or auto parts industry, sales function preferred
- 1-3 years of experience with planning
