We are currently seeking a GL Accountant who will report to Accounting Manager in Kering Eyewear China Your opportunity: The potential candidate will need to be customer-oriented and autonomous, who will solve issues proactively and seek improvements continuously. How you will contribute Manage daily AR accounting operations, including maintaining aging reports and dashboards, cash-in reports, and performing timely account clearing and reconciliation for both KEYE and MJM entities. Prepare and issue monthly account statements to customers across KEYE and MJM; reconcile outstanding balances and investigate any discrepancies in a timely manner. Track overdue accounts, issue dunning letters, follow up on collections, and escalate delinquent cases to management when necessary. Analyze customer deduction rates and monitor credit risk exposure to proactively identify potential issues. Calculate and record rebate settlements, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting treatment in compliance with company policies. Issue invoices based on delivery notes for both KEYE and MJM, ensuring billing accuracy and regulatory compliance with relevant policies. Issue fully digitized e-invoices and verify invoicing records for completeness and accuracy. Handle new customer activation and maintain customer master data, including payment terms and customer codes. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager. Who you are Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Hands-on SAP experience strongly preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in multinational companies Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills Strong learning agility, with genuine enthusiasm for adopting emerging technologies to drive process optimization. Power BI/Power Query is a plus; experience using AI to accelerate VBA development or automated workflows (AI agents) is highly valued. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by a genuine passion for continuous improvement Why work with us?
