Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded real estate professional to join our Commercial Sales team. The successful candidate will explore business opportunities, identify potential clients and provide property sales & advisory services. Responsibilities
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, personal networking and structured canvassing
• Prepare transaction updates, property information and supporting materials for client review and approval.
• Coordinate marketing activities, buyer enquiries, site visits.
• Negotiate offers, facilitate due diligence and support the successful conclusion of transactions.
• Monitor market trends and distressed property opportunities to provide timely advice and recommendations to clients. Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in real estate agency, commercial sales, or related functions.
• Holder of Estate Agent’s Licence.
• Good understanding of Hong Kong commercial property market and transaction processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. We will offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
