Senior Engineer

岗位职责：
1、确保负责产品ETE良率达标，并持续改善优化工艺，消除制程风险，减少报废。
2、负责产品各制程段MSR定义、更新（Conformal Coating, Potting, Auto Dispenser)。
3、负责对客户投诉、建议及审核NC中与制程相关项的改善。
4、制定Process相关工装设备日/周/月/年保养、校验、应力及CPK测试计划并监督落实到位。
5、制程相关工装夹具、辅材的评估、监督、使用、采购等管理。
6、NPI 产品工艺能力评估、流程设计、工装夹具设计报价、工艺文件准备。
7、生产异常时，紧急协调提供技术支援，解决问题，减少不必要的停拉。
8、生产计划临时变更、或遇突发情况时相关工作安排及管理。
任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，有5年以上Conformal coating,W/S,auto soldering ,Potting, Auto Dispenser相关工作经验。
2、具备良好的工作态度与品质、效率意识，服从安排。
3、熟悉IPC-610判定标准或是PCBA外观检验标准3。
4、有汽车电子相关产品生产经验，有16949培训经验者优先。
5、有Conformal coating, W/S, auto soldering, Potting, Auto Dispenser DOE实践经验。
6、具备8D 分析思维及报告整理能力。
7、良好的英文读写能力。
