检查项目询价信息的完整性,核对是否在WALTER核心竞争范围之内，通过和销售工程师及客户沟通，理解客户实际需求并确定项目时间和进度计划。

分析零件图纸和客户要求，了解对于单件成本计算所必须的技术和商务信息。

-制定可行的加工工艺，选择合适的刀具，准备刀具清单及加工节拍计算，预估刀具寿命及工件加工成本计算。

-如需要使用非标刀具, 利用公司专业设计工具设计非标刀具，计算销售价格和交货期；或者使用二维及三维软件设计非标刀具，考虑公司生产单元的生产能力，选择合适的供应体系，来满足对于产品和交货期的要求。

-准备刀具装配布置图，完成刀具干涉模拟检查，完成刀具清单及刀具图纸，并向销售工程师或刀具管理团队提供报价和单件成本计算。

-如有需要，优化方案和加工成本计算，确保加工成本的计算具有竞争力。

-在得到订单后，检查合同或订单是否和报价相一致，检查产品的价格和交货期是否有效，检查并维护确保EPLM系统数据的完整性。

-检查能否满足客户技术协议的要求，提供信息供上级参考。

-组织项目启动会，准备并提供项目订货资料，和其他部门同事合作完成项目订单。

-更新公司CRM系统及统计系统的数据。

-对于结构复杂的刀具，和生产单元合作沟通并确定结构设计细节，检查并认可生产图纸。

-对于特殊情况延期的刀具，准备替代备用方案。

-在项目验收调试期间，和应用工程师沟通，组织协调解决调试中发生的问题，如有需要提供现场支持，负责完成项目的验收调试。

-按照调试期间更新的内容，更新项目文件即清单和图纸，提供最终清单和文档给区域，方便跟踪后续订单。

-收集项目验收调试反馈报告，准备零件解决方案成功案例。
