Your Key Responsibilities

Coordination of new production launches / industrializations for eMobility as overall project manager. Incl. investment plan& implementation; production line concept planning& implementation etc. Planning and calculation of entire industrialization project as well as responsible for investment budget Support the nominated segment to ensure a performance-based SOP Coordinating with SCM and Purchasing for industrialization topics Create Make-or-Buy Decisions for production equipment Coordinate sub-project manager of industrialization Supports accountable Project and Program Manager in planning, structuring and controlling of all assigned projects. Evaluate capacities needed and coordinate project planning, staffing and resourcing. Monitor project progress and continuously check availability and utilization of capacities, resources, services and materials. Coordinate and prepare gate- or milestone meetings, reports on progress, critical incidents and risks from PO perspective. Take over project controlling with respect to financials, resources and project guidelines and ensure proper project communication, documentation and review. If required, plan and reconcile deliveries of goods, services and materials needed for the project in cooperation with project procurement.

Your Qualifications

University degree in Mechanical, production engineering, business studies More than 5 years project management work experience in mechanical manufacturing factory Experience in working with people with different culture Familiar with product manufacturing process Skills on project management and planning Team spirit, leadership skills ,strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. and able to change project status based on requirements or delays With technical capability is preferred Good spoken and written English-skills Good PC-skills(MS-Office, MS-Project)
