项目高级运营专员将会汇报给湖东运营总监。他会负责所有非生产时间的协调，并将其分配到日常生产计划中，以优化生产效率。这包括在多个项目/活动的优先级设置中发挥领导作用，与zero loop成员协调制定生产计划，优化非生产时间的计划，协调项目以及shutdown的执行。该职位要求参加技术/CI会议来协调所有项目优先级和非生产时间的控制，并为运营主管提供业务计划所需的产能和时间管理的信息。

此外，负责这项工作的人员将负责运营的持续改进和卓越运营路线图。

此人还将通过静脉注射网络墨盒组织帮助促进会议并推动全球层面的倡议/数据收集。

The Operations Pilot and Planned downtime Controller will report to Director of Operations in East Lake Manufacturing. The floor scheduler/PDT coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all the planned downtime and allocating them into the routine production schedule for productivity optimization. This includes providing a leadership role in priority setting for multiple projects/activities, production schedule coordination for zero loop members, schedule optimization for planned downtime activities, coordination of project and shutdown execution. This position requires attending technical/CI meeting to align all the project priority and planned downtime control and providing operations leaders with capacity and time management information for business planning.

Additionally, the person responsible for this job will be in charge of the continuous improvement and operational excellence roadmap for operations.

The person will also help facilitate meetings and drive initiatives / data collection at the global level through the Parenteral Network Organization for Cartridges.
