Lead Engineer- 硬件开发

岗位职责：

1、负责公司产品（包括但不限于SCARA robot,，Cobot,，伺服驱动，MDR等）的硬件系统的开发工作，完成硬件方案设计，电路原理图、PCB图的设计与分析；

2、负责相关板卡验证、整机调试、失效分析；

3、负责与外部供应商对接，解决产品从设计到测试及量产过程中发生的技术问题，确保产品按时交付及负责产品后续跟踪改善；

4、负责相关文档的撰写与维护；

5、支持电气工程师的相关工作

任职资格：

硕士及以上学历，电子类相关专业，如电气工程、自动化、电子信息工程等。 有伺服驱动或机器人硬件设计相关经验者优先。

3、有3年及以上硬件开发工作经验，具有扎实的模拟/数字电路知识，具备一定的功率电路知识(电机驱动，开关电源等)，熟练嵌入式硬件设计；

4、熟悉器件的关键参数指标，以及在电路应用中的影响，能够根据电路需求，独立完成关键器件选型与相关原理图绘制；

5、至少熟练掌握一种原理图和PCB开发工具(Altium Designer优先)，理解板卡布局和布线的原则，并完成PCB设计；

6、了解常用测试工具和仪器的基本原理，熟练使用常用电子电路测试工具和仪器；

7、具有一定的产品可靠性设计、可维护性/维修性设计、可采购/生产性设计能力；

8、具有较强的沟通与表达能力，具备严谨、细致、敬业的工作态度和良好的职业道德，有不断学习进取和团队合作精神
