工作职责：

1、负责AGV/AMR新产品研发项目的规划、组织和管理，确保项目按时按质完成，并满足客户需求；
2、负责制定和优化AGV研发流程，研发工作流程与制度梳理，研发体系建设，确保流程的高效性和可持续性；
3、负责团队研发方向及技术路线制定，对技术选型及研发落地负责；
4、协调跨部门资源，包括硬件、软件和系统集成等，推动AGV产品研发工作的顺利进行；
5、领导和培养AGV研发团队，激发团队成员的创新和工作热情，提升团队整体研发能力；
6、参与制定AGV研发策略和规划，提出关于新技术和方向的建议，确保公司AGV产品处于行业领先地位；
7、进行技术研究和创新，解决AGV产品研发过程中的关键技术难题，确保产品性能和质量达到要求；
8、参与AGV产品的测试和验证，确保产品符合质量标准和可靠性要求。
9、对接AGV/AMR业务部门，包括必要的售前支持、项目交付、运维技术支持，促进AGV/AMR项目成功交付落地；


任职资格：

1.本科以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化、自动化专业,211/双一流 以上学校毕业生优先；
2.对AGV/AMR产品及服务有充分认知及深度见解；熟悉主要竞品技术路线；
3.熟悉运动控制器、了解控制和信号处理板的设计开发，熟悉主流的调度技术，SLAM技术，感知技术，规划与控制技术，
4. 掌握AGV/AMR驱动系统的电气驱动装置和一体化动力执行机构的设计原理，具备广阔的技术视野，熟悉对驱动电机、减速机、驱动器、控制器、编码器和传感器等部件的选型工作；
5. 5年及以上工业AGV/AMR行业产品研发经验，3年及以上研发技术团队管理经验，有带队10人以上的管理经验。责任心强，积极乐观，能带领和激发团员；
