Responsibilities:

Timely review staff/vendor claim and supporting material according to FCS China entities receipt and payment related policies, communicate with applicant if there is any problem. Issue invoices to customers timely and accurately, be assure for complete and correct supporting documents if necessary, deal with problem during invoice delivery in a timely manner. Read back quantity of refined oil timely, follow and manage it in golden tax system. Reconcile output VAT and sales in foreign currency between SAP and golden tax and draw up variance breakdown. Treat incoming payment timely and net off advance payment from customer after invoice issuance. Enter vendor invoice / staff claim in SAP, ensure correct expense/cost account recognition according to proper cost center. Assisting internal teams (e.g. Finance shared service), audit and tax check. Cross check on payment claim and e-banking payment. File up and archive accounting vouchers and documents timely. Provide necessary support to other companies and related works according to the FCS China Financial Share Service requirements （inc. necessary traveling).

Qualifications:

College degree or above in Accounting or financing preferred. Familiar with China accounting policy and accounting standard, SAP software, MS office is must, IAS is a plus. Primary accounting qualification certificate is a must. Above five years relative experience in a foreign invested company. Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, able to work under pressure; Good interpersonal and communication skills; especially having initiative attitude; Be able to communicate in oral or written English related to daily work;
