Position Summary
Main products is damping and shock absorption products, using in industrial/food & beverage assembly line/automotive manufacturing and digital warehouse etc.
主要产品是减震隔振缓冲件,用于工业、食品饮料生产线、汽车涂装线、智能仓库等领域。
To develop and implement sales plan /sales call in designed region.
在指定区域开发客户,达成销售目标。
Essential Responsibilities
Focus on developing direct selling customers.主要负责扩大直销客户范围。 Develop new business with existing and new customer; Develop and manage the distribution net of dealers.对现有和新客户的开发,开发和维护管理经销商网络。 To win orders and achieve sales target in designated region.在区域内获取订单获及达成销售目标。 Technology to communicate with foreign technical team和国外研发技术团队的合作沟通。 Supporting the China Sales Manager to achieve revenue objectives.支持销售团队达成销售目标。 Build up strong rapport with designed customers.与客户建立良好的关系 Meet annual internal orders and sales goals.完成年度内部订单和销售目标 Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance. 遵守ESH政策履行ESH职责,开展ESH各项活动,确保工作符合ESH要求,达成ESH绩效。 Other tasks arranged by the superior.完成上级安排的其他任务。
Position Requirements
Above 5 years’ sales experience in damping and shock absorption industry is preferred, the upstream and downstream industries are included as well.要求在减震隔振行业(上下游均可)5年以上经验。 Experience of working with distribution channel /channel partner is required.有与经销商合作的经验。 Experience with handling OEM customer is required, and understand the process & requirement of OEM customer and end user.对主机采购供应商及终端客户的要求和流程熟悉 Good discipline and lay stress on punctuality is a must严于律己 Mechanical Degree;机械背景 Ability to travel within China; 愿意在中国范围内出差#LI-CL1
