You will be joining a team of Product, Software Engineering, Data Engineeringand Data Science to create the next-generation digital platform in railwayindustry. The real-time big data platform on Railigent will play a criticalrole in everyday railway maintenance work and thus meaningfully important forpublic safety and people welfare. We are working closely with local Mobilitytechnical experts to reshape the future of maintenance to reduce cost, improveefficient and improve quality and safety. Throughout the wide range of workingscenarios, as a lighthouse project firstly in China region, the team providethe talent a wide variety of opportunities to get involved in and to be part ofa global network of experts and professionals.
What role will you play?
1. Responsible for the UX design of innovative digital products in the to-Bscenarios, including Web, iOS, and Android, responsible for the whole processfrom design strategy to design execution, building up design competitiveness,and having mature design management experience.
2. Responsible for interactive design specifications, optimizing structuresand building up design standards. Details driven. Systematically improving theuser experience of products.
3. Proficient in end-to-end design, participate in the early stage of userresearch and lead the UX requirements analysis, framework definition,experience optimization and others in the whole process of product design. Participatein the later execution phase, extending the experience design to productdelivery and user verification.
4. Cooperate with product managers and software development engineers toeffectively promote the implementation of design in an agile developmentenvironment
5. Pay attention to user feedback and data analysis after the system islaunched, summarize information and data, and explore design opportunities. Highlysensitive to changes in data and user satisfaction reflecting productcompetitiveness. Capable of measuring the overall experience level of theproduct and putting forward suggestions for improvement.
6. Be able to quickly learn and understand industry know-how, refine userpain points and solutions in the industry, and solve problems innovatively.Always pay attention to and analyze popular product design trends, study theneeds of target users, experience appeals and aesthetic tendencies, and quicklyoptimize existing products.
We are looking for:
1. Bachelor degree or above, in industrial design, multimedia visualcommunication, animation design, human-computer interaction and other related majors,3-5 years of UX design work experience, leading or participating in completeInternet/software product interaction design work. Experience in top Internet companiesand manufacturing industries is preferred.
2. Proficient in interactive thinking and methods, familiar with the basicprocess of user research, strong logical thinking and communication skills.Understand the UX design process framework and be proficient in usingmethodologies to carry out design work. Familiar with the components to beinvolved in the design specifications, and be able to effectively refine,create, maintain, and update the design specifications and component libraries.
3. Familiar with research methods and processes, and able to independentlycarry out user research. Sensitive and active in learning cutting-edge trendsand technologies in design.
4. Pay high attention to details, pursue pixel-level perfection, have yourown experience and insights in user research and interaction design, andunderstand usability design principles. Have strong user empathy, and be deeplyinvolved in user research, interaction design, and prototype development.
5. Enthusiastic, creative and executive. Able to work under pressure.Capable of managing multi-project and multi-task at the same time.
6. Rich experience in Internet landing design, 3D graphic design / 3D gamefield, etc.
