As a Distribution Planning Supervisor, you are expected to manage distribution planning between different ware-houses in China. and also expected to manage redressing component planning to se-cure redressing fulfill lead time and supply requirement，you are also manage bundle planning and process. You could support China supply chain projects and standardization. .

In this role, a typical day will include:

 Develop and execute inventory transfer plans between warehouses based on comprehensive sales forecasts, inventory changes, warehouse operation status, and other conditions.

 Take care of E2E supply planning of import product redressing/relabeling package material, weekly review replenishment and issue purchase requestion, monitor critical material shortage situation and recovery plan.

 Responsible of bundle planning and E2E process. Weekly review bundle require-ment and issue bundle/unbundle plan to 3PL supplier. Monitor 3PL bun-dle/unbundle process.

 Work with China S&OP team make sure finish goods of warehouses supply smoothly.

 Work with China S&OP team & China logistics team make sure package material supply smoothly.

 Inventory control, to avoid out of stock and excess stock, propose actions for any deviation.

 KPI control and develop action plan for KPI improvement.

 Manage supply chain master data and report roadmap.

 Support supply chain standardization and projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Education (Minimum/Preferred):

 B.A. degree or above. Majoring in logistic and engineering management preferred

 APICS certified preferred.

Languages:  Fluent English communication skill on verbal and written. Experience (Minimum/Preferred):

• 3 years above supply or demand planning experience is mandatory. Supervisor experience is a plus.

• Ability of adopt the changing situation.

• Have the ability of data analysis, and be able to use daily data analysis tools. Good at analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python preferred.

• Good logical thinking and judgment ability

• Good ability of data analysis, experience in SAP/IBP

• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, optimistic attitude and service minded.
