What you'll do

Guide and coach agile teams on how to use agile practices and principles Deliver high quality products and services to our customers Manage projects or products with agile methodologies (e.g.; Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.) Lead agile teams to implement Scrum / SAFe Design agile way of working and provide agile training for teams Facilitate and support agile events Coach agile teams in self-organization during active project support Facilitate the removal of impediments and mange risks Work and collaborate with multiple customers and project teams

Who you are

You have a completed Bachelor and/ or Master degree in e.g. Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical engineering, IT, software development, Project management or similar You already have 2 years or more related agile working experience with agile roles like scrum master, RTE or agile project manager etc. You have knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies, agile related certificates preferred (CSM, SAFe scrum master, SAFe agilist, ACP etc.) You gained stable automotive industry knowledge e.g. in Electric mobility, Connected car, App or Software development, Autonomous driving technologies Your English skills are excellent (speaking and writing) You are motivated, flexible, pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new idea and feedback
