DesignFachabteilung:RD ChinaGesellschaft:Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd.Standort:Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd., BeijingStartdatum:sofortVeröffentlichungsdatum:..4Stellennummer:DAIM0 Join usAufgaben- Follow modern creation and ideation processes and work closely together with product colleagues and other stakeholders, utilize product insight, conduct customer study as well as other approaches to figure out real customer needs.- Create user journeys and concept for all speech functions including PRD, visual & speech interaction flow, corpus generalization and etc. based on requirements, state of art technologies and concept design principle.- Go through necessary processes like concept grooming and China one voice alignment to align all concepts with all stakeholders like product/requirement/design/development/teams.- Define core KPI for the system and get aligned with all product/technology experts.- Keep monitoring the KPI and conduct testing and benchmarks regularly to make sure the design and performance of our speech product stays being the best in the market.- Keep analyzing the customer requirements from channels like customer data, customer complaints, customer studies and make iterative improvements.- Transfer all requirements into the software teams (Product owner) for realization and verify the results in the product from customer prospective during development phase in order to ensure effectiveness to hit our customers needs.Qualifikationen- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Visual Design, Industrial Design or with a similar major- At least 3+ years of experience as a voice assistant product owner, product manager, HMI designer- or similar experience- Experience in speech recognition technologies such as ASR, NLU and TTS- Experience with avatar design is preferred- Expert in digital product concepts/design with focus on voice interaction- Good knowledge about state-of-the art technologies and interaction patterns for voice assistants/smart speakers- Experience in in-car application development is a plus, e.g. navigation, infotainment, or connectivity application- Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies.- Experience with Gerrit, Jira, and Confluence- Ideation development methodologies such as design thinking, rapid prototyping etc.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.- Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products- Know how to define the product roadmap.- Attention to details, discipline and active listening.- Willingness to travel- Good English communication skills- Self-responsibility, team player and good communication skills- Driver’s licenseBenefitsMit­arbeiter EventsFlexible Arbeits­zeit möglichHybrides Arbeiten möglichGesund­heits­maß­nahmenMobilitäts­angeboteMit­arbeiter­rabatte möglichBetriebs­arztKantine, CaféPark­platzGute An­bindungCoachingBetrieb­liche Alters­ver­sorgung
