Specialist, Product Sales - Cash & Trade, Transaction Banking-(WD52379)

Job Objective

Responsible to drive the cash management and trade finance portfolio to deliver the revenue targets and KPIs to meet the overall GTS business objectives.

负责扩大现金管理和贸易融资的客户群以达到预定的收入目标和销售绩效指标从而达到环球交易服务部的业务综合指标

Align with the respective RMs on the overall account plan and customer segment targets.

和相对应的客户经理积极合作准备帐户计划书并共同建立客户目标。

Work with the Relationship Managers, GTS Product, GTS Implementation, T&O and relevant stakeholders to deliver the agreed solutions.

和客户经理、产品经理、网银执行经理及其他各个相关的部门合作提供客户的解决方案

Work with the relevant stakeholders and product management team to identify market requirements and opportunities and translate opportunities into business requirements.

同相关部门和产品经理积极探寻市场的需求和机会所在并且把机会转变为业务需求

Principal Responsibilities

Responsible to deliver the agreed revenue targets to meet the overall GTS business objectives by supporting the RMs or originating through personal network to translate the qualified opportunities into a win mandate.

通过支持客户经理的业务及建立个人的客户群把合适的机会转化成成功的业务合作从而实现部门预定的收入目标

Work with the relevant stakeholders and product management team to identify market requirements and opportunities and translate opportunities into business requirements.

同相关部门和产品经理积极探寻市场的需求和机会并且把机会转变为业务需求

To penetrate further into existing clients, increase DBS’ share of wallet.

Developing a sufficient strong pipeline to meet revenue targets, with a wide range of deals covering every stage of the sales cycle发展一个有足够实力的潜在客户名单来应对利润目标,并对这些客户的案子在不同实施阶段跟进 Accelerating closure of pipeline deals through aggressive sales techniques to capture revenue quickly为能迅速的增长利润,通过激进的销售策略增加客户群 Gaining the respect and trust of BU community as a professional sales manager in order to generate referrals and new leads在业务部门建立一个专业的销售经理形象并且努力得到他们的赞许以得到更多的新客户介绍的机会 Conducting presentations to internal and external customers为内部和外部客户演示产品 Working with other BUs to structure cash or trade solution for customers to achieve greater share of customers’ wallet size. Actively sell GTS products and services to corporate customers in China. 和其他业务部门共同为客户建立解决现金或贸易问题的结构以获得更大的客户份额。同时积极的给中国的企业客户销售交易服务部的产品和服务。 Helping establish and maintain communication channels to Relationship Managers for new product launch, product update, promotions, quick tips and success stories sharing. These channels include regular product briefing / training sessions, participate in various meetings held by the various customer segments and regular updates on the GTS China intranet site 协助客户经理建立并保持沟通渠道来推动新产品的推广,更新,促销,快捷指南并分享成功经验。这些渠道包括通常的产品介绍会和培训会议,并参与不同的客户群组织的见面会和交流会以及在环球交易服务部中国系统内部定期更新信息 Work across functional groups to develop the product and deliver the solutions to customers. 和银行的各个功能部门共同工作来提高产品性能并为客户解决问题

Education and Relevant Experience

Degree holder or equivalent 本科或以上 Excellent command of English (spoken and written). 良好的英语听说读写能力 Minimum 8 years’ relevant banking experience in China 至少8年中国的银行相关经验 Cash management and trade finance sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage 有现金管理和贸易融资方面的销售和市场开发经验优先 Experience on covering Western MNC clients is preferred 针对西方跨国企业的相关销售经验优先 Good interpersonal and communication skills良好的人际关系及沟通技巧 Ability to build strong relationships with clients both internal and external能够与外部和内部客户都建立良好的关系 In-depth knowledge of trade related products in China market具有完备的中国市场贸易相关的产品知识 Good knowledge of banking in China非常熟悉中国的银行业 Knowledge and experience in global transaction services在环球交易服务方面有广泛的知识和充足的经验
