As a Sales Support Specialist for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for communicating with sales and customer to verify the requirement and specification.

Your responsibilities
  • Communicating with vendors for quotation and technical confirmation with best pricing
  • Communicating with sales to update and trace quotation
  • Ensuring full cost calculation for proposal and quotation
  • Supporting sales to fulfill service portfolio sales target
  • Helping sales to maintain good relationship with customers in responsible region and find more opportunity
  • Ensuring parts lifecycle management
  • Providing support to sales for quotation, contract, commercial document preparation, daily working, etc.
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree, major of electrical and automation
  • 3 to 5 years of above sales support experience
  • Aggressive and initiative on sales support activity
  • Mastering drives and PLC product knowledge is preferable
  • SAP skills
  • Good at Microsoft Office application
  • Fluent English in reading, writing and oral etc.
