You must have heard the buzz and seen the impact of Microsoft's amazing launch of Copilot in the news. Our passion is to democratize AI, enabling our M365 customers to thrive in this AI-first world with Microsoft AI experiences.
Our team’s mission is to bring AI into M365 products, to help people to be more productive in the modern workplace. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us build a scalable, high quality, and robust platform to enable the next generation AI experiences to our M365 users.
We are a team led by former entrepreneurs and rebels. We believe in truly useful and beautiful products that can delight billions of lives everyday rather than big, flagship monsters to dominate the marketplace. We believe in empowering our people to think outside of the box rather than building strict consensus to achieve our vision.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will
A relentless drive to understand and serve customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are at the heart of product development. Proven track record in crafting and executing a clear, compelling product vision and roadmap in complex domains Ability to quickly forge and maintain strong partnerships across different areas of the company, enhancing product success through collaboration Learn quickly with a growth mindset Be a practice leader, and experienced Product Manager able to coach and grow a Product Management team Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with strong technical acumen and strategic thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid technical foundation with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies, facilitating effective collaboration with technical teams Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to new technology and processesMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience Strong experience shipping products in a tech company Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager role or a similar capacity
Responsibilities
You will be part of the MSAI (Microsoft Search, Assistant and Intelligence) team focusing on Copilot platform and experiences and working closely with our partner developer teams across the globe who are building AI experiences that help our customers find and do easier than ever before.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Help set vision and strategy for technology investments
Model Customer Driven best practices to lead the focus of new feature development
Build and maintain highly collaborative and durable relationships across our partner team in Microsoft
Demonstrate end to end ownership of complex, cross group projects, and bring them to successful completion
Influence partner teams, get alignment on technology direction and the steps to achieve our feature goals
Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment
