Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in alignment with the IB PYP framework.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and evaluate student progress using a variety of assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary units of inquiry.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education and the IB PYP program.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and school initiatives.
- Foster a love of learning and curiosity in students, promoting inquiry-based learning and critical thinking skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other required documentation.

RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB PYP school.
- Strong understanding of the IB PYP curriculum and philosophy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area or related field. Minimum of 2 years of current teaching experience in the assigned subject(s) at the primary level. Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, energy, dedication, positivity, flexibility, and passion for educating youth. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
