Job Description Work as 1st contact window to ME-CN and RBAC cross function SAP key users, support them to solve SAP regular issue. Like normal SAP operation error, incident process , new business requirement. Train and develop SAP key users to be more knowledgable to support own department SAP users Within BBM project,work as process and SAP expert to drive own process discussion, visualize process flow with standard and transparent Bosch tool. Lead testing, migration, user training and go-live prepariation in own process area. Participant or lead cross module topics, to secure business needs, create end to end process solution, improve connectivity and digitalization. Be contracted to BBM as SAP expertAssign to project teamfor analyses or data cleansing activitiesfor process consulting and definitionfor support in migration and testingduring Go Live and StabilizationLead PIA or join in PIA as M2S PST (process &solution team) expertIniatiate or participant Genba, health checkActively join in new requirement discussionDeploy standardDrive process improvement to bring benifit to Bosch plantCollect user reasonal requirement, raise to BBM team to find solution.

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor's degree (informatics, logistics, economic, or similar) or similar experience.
• 2 years+ working experience in user department for department cost/budget control, issue purchase requisition, familiar with transactions in SAP.
• Has working experience in SAP user support, or project, or consultancy.
• Know about SAP authorization concept and basic concept with authorization management.
• Know about application development tool and has interest with application support on access management.
